【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesaframeworkofproceduresfordeterminingandevaluatingqualitythatisapplicabletodigitalgeographicdatasets,consistentwiththedataqualityprinciplesdefinedinISO19113.Italsoestablishesaframeworkforevaluatingandreportingdataqualityresults,eitheraspartofdataqualitymetadataonly,oralsoasaqualityevaluationreport.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletodataproducerswhenprovidingqualityinformationonhowwelladatasetconformstotheproductspecification,andtodatausersattemptingtodeterminewhetherornotthedatasetcontainsdataofsufficientqualitytobefitforuseintheirparticularapplications.AlthoughthisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofdigitalgeographicdata,itsprinciplescanbeextendedtomanyotherformsofgeographicdatasuchasmaps,chartsandtextualdocuments.
