【摘要】:1ThispartofISO2898establishesasystemofdesignationforplasticizedthermoplasticmaterialwhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2ThetypesofPVC-Pplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatoryproperties:a)Shorehardness;b)density;c)torsional-stiffnesstemperatureat300MPa;andoninformationaboutphysicalform,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additivesandcolorants.3ThispartofISO2898isapplicabletoallplasticizedcompositionsofhomopolymersandcopolymersthatcontainatleast50%(m/m)ofvinylchloride.Itisalsoapplicabletoplasticizedcompositionscontainingchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)andtoplasticizedcompositionscontainingblendsofoneormoreoftheabove-mentionedpolymers,providedthatthetotalamountofthesepolymersrepresentsatleast50%(m/m)ofthepolymercontentofthecomposition.ThispartofISO2898appliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder(dryblends),granulesorpellets,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ThispartofISO2898doesnotapplytocellularplasticsortopastecompositions(plastisols).4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO2898doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,firstparagraph).
