【摘要】:Theplasticitynumberandtherecoveryofthetestspecimenarerelatedtotheflowpropertiesandtheelasticproperties,respectively,andmaybeusefulinpredictingprocessingcharacteristics,suchaseaseofformingandextrusioncharacteristics.4.1.1Inthistestmethod,plasticityismeasuredinaninversemanner,asnotedbythefinalheightofthespecimen.Thus,highplasticityrubbers(highdegreeofflowduringtest)areindicatedbyalowplasticitynumber.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofplasticityandrecoveryofunvulcanizedrubberbymeansoftheparallelplateplastometer.Uncompounded,compounded,andreclaimrubbermaybetested.Note18212;ISO2007andD3194useaprinciplesimilartothistestmethodalthoughtheapparatus,testconditions,andprocedurearedifferent.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
