【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO12086describesthepreparationoftestspecimensandprovidestestmethodstodefinecharacteristicsofthermoplasticfluoropolymerresins.Resultsfromthetestingmaybeusedasthebasisfordesignation,materialspecificationsorboth.ThispartofISO12086describestheconditionsoftestfordeterminingbothdesignatoryandotherpropertiesofthehomopolymersandvariouscopolymersoffluoromonomers,asdispersionsorpowdersformoulding,extrusionandotheruses.Thetestproceduresincludedareappropriatefor,butarenotrestrictedto,thefluoropolymerslistedinClause4andforwhichdesignatorypropertiesarespecifiedinISO12086-1.1.2Thepropertiesofsemi-finishedandfinishedproductsmadefromfluoropolymerresinsdependonthematerialused,theshapeoftheproduct,thephysicalandmorphologicalstateofthematerialresultingfromtheprocessingoperations,andonthetestconditions.Therefore,toobtainreproducibletestresults,thedefinedmethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensanddefinedtestconditionsgiveninthispartofISO12086mustbeapplied.1.3AgreementsbetweenvendorandpurchasershouldpreferablybebasedonpropertiesmeasuredusingthespecimensandtestconditionsdescribedinthispartofISO12086.
