【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisTechnicalSpecificationistospecifyacategorialstructure,withinthesubjectfieldofpatientfindingsandproblems,bydefiningasetofcommondomainconstraintsforusewithinterminologicalsystemsincludingaclassification,codingscheme,codingsystem,referenceterminologyandclinicalterminology.Clinicalfindingsareconceptsthatarerecordedinclinicalrecordsandcandescribeanystateobserveddirectlyorindirectlyconcerningapatientandtheirrelationshipwiththeenvironment.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisfocusedonasub-populationofthesefindingsconcerninginvivodescriptionsofstate(structureandfunction)directlyrelatedtothepatient.Thisclassofconceptsincludes:?diseases,whichmaybedefinedasastatecausedbyaknownorassumedpathologicalprocessimpairingthenormalphysiologicalfunctionand/oranatomicalstructureaffectingallorpartofapatient,whereaspecificpathologicalchangeiscausedbyadefinedmechanism;?findingsofstateorfunction(includingnormalfindings)observeddirectlyrelatingtoapatient.
